Mr. Muhammad Muzaffar Ali is running his General Store since last two years. He took a loan of Rs. 30,000/- on January 2007 for purchasing of new items. He tells about his story as:

“I had always been thinking to make my business better but due to insufficient resources I could never take any step. I went to two or three banks for loan but remained unsuccessful due to long queues, rude attitude of bank workers, difficult procedures, agonizing terms, bribe / commission for loan approval by agents /employees and 1 to 2 months duration. I did not like the way of their working.

After few days I heard about the new bank named “Tameer” opened in our area “Mutlan Road”. On very next day, I reached at bank and I was really very much impressed by the way of their dealing. They offered me chair and cold drink. Just in six days without any bribe, commission or reference, my loan was approved and handed over to me. I was surprised on that day and I informed my neighbors and relatives about it.

He lives in Usman Park, Faisal Road, Multan Road, Lahore, with his wife and two children.
