Mr. Mohammad Azhar has an agency for LPG. He has been in this business for about 5 years now and is running two outlets. He has now diversified in a small way by keeping mobile phone cards in both his shops and investing in property – buying and selling. His LPG customers are mostly owners of taxis and small Suzuki transport vehicles as well as a few private cars. He has two employees and feels that this much staff is sufficient in his line of business.

He was amongst the first customers to avail of Tameer’s services in January 2007. He said Tameer has done a great service to the Liaquatabad community by opening its branch here. He has not had any issues with the bank staff. All are extremely helpful and courteous.

An ATM is a much needed requirement at the branch. This will greatly facilitate shopkeepers and small businesses with work hours up to 9 pm to enable them to make payments to daily wage employees and suppliers of goods. A lot of cash cannot be kept lying around in shops due to security reasons.
