Mansoor Ahmed is one of the many clothes traders in Korangi. He has worked as a tailor for the last 27 years and six years ago, he decided to open his own outlet where he now employees three tailors and specialises in tailoring men’s trousers.

Mansoor recently took a loan from Tameer in order to meet his costs and purchase raw material. “I was impressed by the speed with which the loan officer dealt with my request. The loans were disbursed within a few days of submitting the application,” says Mansoor. The loan has helped Mansoor expand and improve his business and he plans to take future loans from Tameer. He lives in Korangi with his wife and five children.
